Real estate
Text message templates for real estate agents
Agents answer the same questions between showings, usually one-handed and in a hurry: is it still available, when can I see it, what happened with the offer. These ten are written for exactly that, with blanks for the address, time and client name.
What's in it
Every reply below lands in your library as a folder. Anything in brackets is a blank the app asks you to fill as you send.
By the message you need to send
The same replies, grouped by the moment they are for - each page explains when to send it and what to say.
Questions
- What should I text a lead who asks if a listing is still available?
- Answer the question first, then give them a next step in the same message. The listing-question reply here confirms availability and offers two showing times, which is what turns an enquiry into an appointment.
- How do I follow up after a showing without being pushy?
- Ask one specific question rather than a general check-in. "Did the kitchen work for you?" gets a reply; "just following up" does not.
- Do these work with my CRM?
- They are independent of any CRM. Fast Reply is a keyboard, so the replies appear in whatever app you are typing in, including a CRM app.
- Are these free?
- Yes. The pack is free to install and the keyboard is free to use.
