Email [email protected] and you'll get a reply from the person who wrote the app.

Turning the keyboard on

  1. Open the Settings app.
  2. Go to General › Keyboard › Keyboards.
  3. Tap Add New Keyboard.
  4. Choose Fast Reply from the list.
  5. In any app, tap the globe key to switch to it.

Fast Reply tells you on its Keyboard screen once it can see the keyboard is installed, so you're never guessing whether it worked.

Two things that trip people up

The keyboard vanished after an iOS update

iOS sometimes drops third-party keyboards when it updates - this happens to every custom keyboard, not just this one. Re-add it: Settings › General › Keyboard › Keyboards › Add New Keyboard › Fast Reply. Your library is untouched; only the keyboard's registration with iOS is lost.

Images or {{clipboard}} aren't working

Those two are the only features that need Full Access: Settings › General › Keyboard › Keyboards › Fast Reply › Allow Full Access. Typing saved replies works without it, and what you type is never logged or transmitted either way.

Anything else

The FAQ covers what's free versus Pro, sync, shared libraries and Spanish. Subscriptions are managed in your App Store account settings, not here - Apple holds the billing.
