Questions

How do I chase an unpaid invoice without damaging the relationship?
Give a reason it matters to them and a next step that takes a minute. "The files are ready and go out as soon as the balance clears, invoice link below" outperforms an apology every time.
What do I say when a client asks for work outside scope?
Say yes with a number. Refusing creates a conflict; quoting turns it into a decision. The scope reply here is written that way.
Can I keep different rates for different clients?
The rate is a blank you fill as you send, so one template covers every client without editing the saved reply.
