Questions

How do I ask a client for a deposit without sounding rude?
Tie it to holding the slot rather than to trust. "A deposit holds the time for you" is a policy; "I need a deposit" is a demand. The deposit reply here uses the first framing.
What should I text a client who is running late?
Tell them what still fits in the remaining time. It converts an awkward conversation into a choice, and the running-late reply in this pack is written that way.
Can I use these for no-show fees?
The cancellation reply covers the policy reminder. Edit the wording and the amount once and it stays that way for every client.
Are these free?
Yes. The pack is free to install and the keyboard is free to use.
