Is Fast Reply free?
Yes, for the part most people need: the keyboard, using and sending every reply already in your library, and installing a folder someone shares with you. Pro unlocks unlimited creating and editing, fill-in-the-blank fields, AI Assist, attachments, iCloud sync and shared team libraries.
Do I have to give the keyboard Full Access?
No. Inserting text works without it. Full Access is only needed for two things: sending images from the keyboard, and the {{clipboard}} placeholder. What you type is never logged or transmitted either way.
How do I turn the keyboard on?
Settings › General › Keyboard › Keyboards › Add New Keyboard, then pick Fast Reply. After that, tap the globe key in any app to switch to it. The app walks you through it and tells you when it can see the keyboard is installed.
Which apps does it work in?
Any app that uses the iOS keyboard - Messages, Mail, WhatsApp, Instagram, Slack, Notes, a CRM, a browser form. There is no per-app setup.
What is a blank, exactly?
A gap you leave in a saved reply, like a name, a time or an address. When you insert the reply, Fast Reply asks what goes in each blank and drops your answers in, so one template fits every conversation instead of needing ten near-identical copies.
Does my library sync between my iPhone and iPad?
Yes, with Pro, over iCloud. Earlier versions of a reply are kept too, so editing one is never a one-way door.
Can my team share one library?
Yes. A shared library holds up to five people, so everyone answers with the same approved wording and one person keeps it current.
Can I send someone a folder of replies?
Yes - share it as a private link. Whoever opens it gets the whole folder, and installing a shared folder is free even without Pro.
Is the app in Spanish?
Yes. Fast Reply is fully localised in Spanish as well as English.
