Features
Everything Fast Reply does
Built for the people who answer the same five questions all day, and need the answer to come out right every time.
The keyboard
Works in every app you already type in
Fast Reply is a real iOS keyboard with two pages. One browses your saved replies - Recent, Favourites, Folders - to tap and insert. The other is a full QWERTY typing keyboard, so you never switch back to Apple's. Both work in any app you type in: Messages, Mail, WhatsApp, Instagram, Slack, a support tool, a browser form.
Prefer not to switch keyboards at all? Your replies are also a home-screen widget, an iMessage app, a Share-sheet action, and a Siri shortcut - whichever you reach for first.
Autotext
Type a shortcut, get the whole reply
Autotext is Fast Reply's text expander. Give any reply a short trigger -
omw, addr, \sig - then type that trigger on
Fast Reply's typing keyboard and it expands into the full reply the moment you finish
the word, right where your cursor is, for the times your hands are already on the keys.
If the reply has blanks, expanding it drops you straight into the guided fill for those. Triggers are matched exactly, so an everyday word never expands by accident.
The typing keyboard is free for everyone. Autotext expansion is part of Pro.
Blanks, filled step by step
One reply, personalised on the way out
A blank is a gap you leave in a saved reply - a name, a time, an address. Fast Reply walks you through each one on the way out, with the right input for what it needs: a QWERTY field for text, a wheel for a date or time, a list for a set choice, plus a live preview.
Greeting, date, time and clipboard resolve on their own. Your own details - name, business, phone - come from a profile you fill in once. And you can let a reply vary its wording, so the tenth send doesn't read like the first.
Organisation
Keeping a real library in order
Fast Reply holds a full library, not a short list. Folders nest as deep as the work needs, smart collections gather replies by rule instead of by filing, and any reply can carry an attachment. iCloud sync keeps the library on every device with version history, and a folder can be shared by private link.
-
Folders inside folders
By client, property, project or channel - nested as deep as the work needs.
-
Smart collections
Rules instead of filing: recently used, most used, everything matching a term.
-
Attachments
Pin a logo, a price sheet or a link to a reply. A link inserts with the text; an image or file is placed on your clipboard to paste in (sending images or files needs Full Access).
-
Shared team libraries - coming soon
One library up to five people answer from. Built, on the way, not in the app yet - today, share a folder by link instead.
-
Send a folder to anyone
A private link hands over the whole folder. Installing one is free.
-
iCloud sync and history
Your library on every device, with earlier versions of a reply kept so an edit is never a one-way door.
AI Assist
Reworded in a tap, on your phone
AI Assist rewords a saved reply warmer, shorter or more polished in one tap. It runs on device on supported iPhones, so the text never leaves the phone to get fixed. It is a tool for the reply you already wrote, not a chatbot that invents what you meant to say.
Save your first reply in under a minute.
Then never type it again. Free to download, no account and no card - five replies of your own, and the keyboard in every app. Pro is $19.99 a year or $2.99 a month after a 7-day trial.
