  2. Shipping details

Questions

What do I reply to "is this still available?"
Confirm and move them forward in one message. "Yes, still here - want me to hold it for you?" gets an answer; a bare "yes" starts a second round of messages.
How do I handle a lowball offer politely?
Counter with a number and a reason, or decline and leave the door open. The offer reply in this pack does the first, with the price as a blank.
Does this work on Facebook Marketplace and Depop?
