A shared team library is built and on the way: one library up to five people answer from, kept current by one person, planned at $9.99 per seat / year. It is not available in the app yet. Until it ships, you can hand any folder to a colleague as a private link - creating the link is a Pro feature, and installing a shared folder is free.
