Questions

How often should a realtor contact past clients?
A couple of times a year is enough if the messages are genuinely personal. Anniversary of the closing and a seasonal market note are natural reasons to reach out without it reading as marketing.
How do you ask a client for a referral without being pushy?
Ask once, after a moment when they have said something positive, and make it specific: "if anyone you know is thinking about selling this year, I would love an introduction." Vague asks get vague results.
